Caramel Corn :)

I just made this caramel popcorn and it's delicious so I thought I'd share! :)

Caramel Corn


large bowl of popcorn
1 1/2 c. brown sugar
1 1/2 cubes of butter
1/2 c. corn syrup
Bring to boil. Cook over medium heat for 5 min without stirring. Remove.

Stir in:
1/2 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. vanilla

Pour over popcorn & stir to coat. Spread on greased cookie sheet and bake at 300 degrees for 15 min. Stir & return to oven for 5 min more. Stir again. Yum!
